vivo Philippines launches official online community for users

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — vivo Philippines has launched vivo Community, its official online platform designed to connect existing users, prospective customers, and tech enthusiasts. The community provides a space to explore product information, participate in discussions, share photography experiences, and seek assistance with support-related concerns.
The platform can be accessed through the Community tab on the vivo Store app or directly via bbs.vivo.com/ph, providing users with a dedicated space to find information, engage with the community, and seek assistance beyond vivo’s social media channels.
The platform brings together multiple sections designed to cover different aspects of the vivo user experience. The News & Events section will feature product announcements, promotions, and event updates, while Tech & Specs will offer in-depth product information, comparisons, and feature explainers. Meanwhile, Shot on vivo will showcase user-generated content, photography challenges, and helpful tips.
Users can engage with fellow community members through Connect & Discuss, which features discussion threads, polls, and Q&A sessions. Sports & Hoops will highlight vivo’s basketball-related activities and sponsorships, while Contest will showcase community giveaways, photography competitions, and other interactive activities.
A dedicated Support section will assist users with technical concerns, warranty inquiries, and service center-related questions, with the vivo After Sales Team handling these matters. Other discussions across the community remain open for user participation, while the vivo team will step in to provide responses and assistance when needed.
To celebrate the launch, new members can receive a free-shipping voucher with no minimum purchase by joining vivo Community and commenting on the official launch post. In addition, 10 lucky participants will have the opportunity to win an exclusive vivo tumbler featuring custom laser engraving.
To join the launch activity, users can register through the vivo Store app or visit bbs.vivo.com/ph, then leave a comment on the official community post. Eligible participants will automatically receive the free-shipping voucher, which can be accessed through their vivo e-store coupon list.

The platform is primarily designed for existing vivo device owners across its product lineup, while also serving as a resource for those exploring vivo products, as well as technology and mobile photography enthusiasts.
