SINGAPORE, 30 September 2026 — TeamViewer has introduced new Automations and an enhanced Resolution Center for TeamViewer ONE, adding tools intended to help IT teams handle recurring endpoint issues and document remediation work.
The new capabilities are designed around recurring troubleshooting tasks, allowing IT teams to automate previously validated fixes while keeping device information and remediation activity in a single workspace.
Automations Turn Recurring Fixes Into Workflows
TeamViewer’s new Automations feature allows IT teams to turn validated fixes for recurring issues into policy-driven workflows.
Examples provided by the company include low disk space, failed services, and system misconfigurations. Once configured, an automation can run when the associated issue occurs again rather than requiring an IT employee to repeat the same troubleshooting steps manually.
This approach is intended to help teams apply established fixes consistently across devices.
Resolution Center Brings Troubleshooting Information Together
The enhanced Resolution Center provides a workspace for issues that still require manual intervention.
According to TeamViewer, the workspace brings device context, remediation actions, and script deployment together so IT personnel can investigate and address an issue without moving between separate tools.
The system also records actions taken during the resolution process, including who performed an action and what was done. This creates a resolution history that can be referenced when similar issues occur later.
AI-Assisted Troubleshooting and Knowledge Capture
The update also connects TeamViewer’s existing AI-powered support capabilities with troubleshooting and remediation workflows.
Teams can use AI-assisted tools to help diagnose issues, capture information from support interactions, and turn successful resolutions into reusable scripts and automations.
TeamViewer says this workflow is intended to help organizations retain information from previous support cases instead of repeating the same troubleshooting process for each new incident.
Toward Automated Endpoint Management
The new capabilities form part of TeamViewer’s broader work on AI-enabled endpoint management.
By connecting troubleshooting, knowledge capture, resolution management, scripting, and automated remediation, TeamViewer ONE is designed to allow organizations to reuse information and fixes from previous support cases when handling recurring endpoint problems.
The company says the new capabilities are available through TeamViewer ONE.
