September 8, 2026 — XERON has introduced the NEX A61 ARGB, a single-tower CPU air cooler designed for desktop systems using AMD AM5 and other supported Intel and AMD platforms.
The cooler uses a direct-touch heatpipe design, an offset heatsink layout, and two ARGB fans in a push-pull configuration. XERON says the design is intended to improve heat transfer while providing additional clearance around memory modules.
Direct-touch heatpipe design
The NEX A61 ARGB uses direct-touch heatpipes with a triple-parallel-pipe arrangement across the CPU contact area.
XERON says the thermal design is tuned for AMD AM5 processors and is designed to handle processors including the Ryzen 9 9950X3D, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and Ryzen 7 9850X3D.

Dual 120mm ARGB fans
The cooler uses two fans in a push-pull configuration. According to XERON, the fans use full-circumference ring structures intended to increase blade rigidity and reduce resonance.
