According to the NTC test results cited by Smart, the mobile services provider recorded an average call drop ratio of zero percent.
The result meets the NTC’s prescribed threshold of below 2% for dropped calls. Smart said the result reflects the reliability of its voice services during the latest tests.
Debbie Hu, FVP and Head of Network Build and Implementation at PLDT and Smart, said the company would continue working with the NTC to assess network performance and address areas for improvement.
Hu added that Smart aims to provide a more dependable mobile experience for customers.
