Let’s Hope for their Aorus Gaming Laptops!

Gigabyte PH, in an almost unsurprising and welcome move, announced the opening of their AORUS Concept Store via their Facebook Page. The new concept store will be located at the Cyberzone Area of SM City North EDSA, and will be co-managed with PC Worx.

This is certainly exciting, and the mystery of the products to be offered at the store adds up further to the hype. While it is most definite that the AORUS line of motherboards and graphic cards will be present, it is not yet known if the laptops will be offered. Their laptops, known for arguably slim-yet-powerful options with up to dual-GPU configurations (or single-GPU options up to GTX 1080 that are still powerful enough to let you game at a minimum of FHD/60fps high settings) and relatively easy maintenance and expandability, are famous among gamers looking for alternative powerful gaming notebooks wanting to break away from the crowd heavily populated by ASUS ROG/ROG Strix, MSI Gaming series, Acer Predator, and Lenovo Legion laptops. In addition, these notebooks have great warranties provided (at least, overseas), so it really is an interesting and welcome addition to the current pool of choices, if ever they do arrive.

The launch date is exactly known, but we’ll keep you posted as more information comes out.

Here’s to hoping for a wider availability of the famed AORUS Notebooks. Core i7 that’s overclocked and stable, plus up to GTX 1080 on a relatively slim chassis, anyone?
